Research and ReflectionWe endeavor to find profound, genuine wisdom that reaches beyond the conventional, and we consider our learnings carefully. Research helps us to examine the world around us and to capitalize on the work, both classical and state-of-the-art, conceived by other great minds. Reflection allows us to consider our conclusions from those examinations more thoroughly. We prefer a multidisciplinary approach that can include fields such as learning, psychology, philosophy, anthropology, economics, government, business, physics, and religion. PublicationWe capture our findings and produce resources to aid application and further thought. These resources might include such things as articles, books, trainings, speeches, podcasts, and job aids. ApplicationWe apply our findings to real life challenges in our own work and in facilitating results for our clients. Client organizations might include for-profit, non-profit, governmental and religious. The greater the variety of the organizations, the more widely applicable our solutions will be. ResultsOur real measure of usefulness is the results that we produce. We measure and study these results as input for further reflection. CommunityOur level of helpfulness is entirely dependent on the level of involvement of our friends, contributors, clients, customers, and participants. We hope for a process that is about dialog and mutual discovery. Our global community provides us input and feedback to keep us relevant, true, and useful. |

Our projects are intentionally ambitious, and they are entirely dependent on the production of results that are practical and noteworthy. We are serious about these results. Thus, our success in these projects requires a structured model to ensure we achieve the results and capture the value. Our model has five parts:
